Task

Your landlord has sent you a notice saying your rent will go up next month. You believe the notice was given too late and that the increase is higher than allowed. Write an email to your landlord. In your email:

1. Say which notice you received and when.

2. Explain why you think there is a problem.

3. Suggest how the two of you could solve it.

Write 150 to 200 words.
