Refund policy

If your payment worked but access did not switch on

Access normally switches on within a minute of a successful payment. If it does not, do not pay again. Write to ukwumamc@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will switch it on, or refund you in full if we cannot.

If you were charged twice

We will refund any duplicate payment in full.

If you change your mind

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your payment, as long as you have not completed more than 3 practice tests or mock sections with full access. Write to ukwumamc@gmail.com from the email you registered with. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few working days to arrive, depending on your bank.

After that

Because the material is delivered as soon as you pay, we cannot refund access that you have already used or that has already run for more than 7 days.
